Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd., India’s leading hydro-mechanical engineering company, lunched of its second residential project in Kota, ‘Om Urban Heights’, after successful completion of ‘Om Enclave’.
The project is spread over 10, 000 sq. meter area of land and is strategically located at Maharav Bhim Singh Marg, Rawat Bhata by-pass in Kota, Rajasthan. We successfully completed development of 128 flats comprising of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK admeasuring about 1.72 lac sqft builtup area comprising of 2 G + 8 Towers (Buildings) including of Entrance Gate, Water Tank, Sewerage Treatment Plant within a period of 24 months.
